Dylan Haraway

Bio

Dylan Haraway is entering his sixth season at Hewitt-Trussville. During his tenure as a Husky, Dylan coached the Defensive Line and currently serves as Special Teams Coordinator and Inside Linebackers coach. In his five seasons, Dylan has sent eight players to play at the collegiate level, five of which are in the SEC. Haraway's players have also been selected as Under Armour All-Americans, Alabama-Mississippi all-stars, Alabama 7A all-state, and North-South all-stars. Haraway is also the football team's Academic Coordinator. In this role, he helps recognize high-achieving student-athletes, ensures players are eligible for AHSAA and NCAA competition, and assists students in need. Before coming to Hewitt-Trussville, Haraway was a Defensive Analyst at Samford University, and before his time at Samford, he played football at Georgetown College.
Dylan and his wife of two years, Hayden, live in Trussville and attend First Baptist Church. Hayden is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice - Nurse Anesthesia, and Dylan will soon graduate with an Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership.
