Ethan Carroll

Bio

Coach Ethan Carroll is entering his first season as the Offensive Coordinator for Hewitt-Trussville.

Coach Carroll has spent the previous 6 seasons at Hueytown High School. In 2020, Hueytown set an AHSAA record by averaging 507 yards per game. The Hueytown offense ended the year with 3,330 total yards and set an AHSAA record with 41 1st downs in a single game. In 2021, Hueytown was the 6A State Runner-Up as they set an AHSAA record with 784 points scored. In 2022, Carroll's offense scored 44.5 points per game which was the highest in 6A.

Carroll worked as the Offensive Coordinator at Goshen High School from 2015-2018.
In 2017, Goshen advanced to the state semifinals for the first time in school history while setting a school record for points per game. Carroll also won three Area titles as the Head Basketball Coach and advanced to the Elite 8 twice.

Coach Carroll is married to Lauren Carroll and they have two children, Parks and Ellie.
