Shaq Jones

Bio

Coach Jones will be entering his second year here at Hewitt. He serves as a defensive assistant coach, responsible for the defensive end position. Prior to Joining the Husky staff, he served in multiple positions at Thompson High School as a defensive assistant coach for 3 seasons (2020-2022).

Although young in the coaching profession, Coach Jones bring amples of knowledge from playing at a high level. He had a great career playing college football at U.A.B. After college he spent time in NFL, AFL & UFL locker rooms. His last place to play was for the St. Louis Battlehawks in 2019.

Shaq and his wife Donishia have a 14 year old son Jamari.
